Import Tax Disclaimer (Mandatory)
Buyer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, tariffs and any additional fees charged by U.S. Customs. We do NOT include customs duties in product and shipping fees.
Lost / Undelivered Package Policy
If the package is lost in transit or not received by buyer after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us with order number for verification. We will arrange reshipment or full refund after confirming package loss by logistics carrier.
Address Modification & Package Interception
Address change and package interception are NOT supported after order processing and shipment.
